Those yotes were load!!! Usually dont see hogs when the yotes are running. Lots of spotted hogs lately. Ive a bunch running around too! Just cant get on them! Nice hog Wendy!
@dnahoghunter I know. When I heard the yotes just off to my right at 20 yards, I knew the deer were definitelyt a done deal, but really glad the hogs came in. They hunt with me all the time. There's 3 resident packs on the lease always. Butch is hunting Yotes, and I always have them with me. I worry they'll eat my pigs before I recover them, but they seem to leave the bigger ones alone for a few days done there. Not the Karnes City lease! 30 minutes and hog meat be gone. Well, hello Wendy !!! Long time no see. That's alot of bacon there. I've been hearing alot about hogs here in Michigan. Never thought I'd see the day. The DNR has put a "shoot on sight" statement out . We can take any hog, any time, no license required. Wish me luck cause I really want to get a crack at one of them suckers !!!

WOW you could hear those suckers crunching the corn! How far were you? Big Boar down! Nice nice nice! Looks like shorty has got the hang of trailing. God willing I'll be back in La Sejita area last weekend in Jan. I can almost swear that is the same herd with 1 spotted hog, I've got on my trail cam. I missed all of hunting season but all is better. Hoping you guys had a better buck season than my partners. Thumbs up vid!
@ElGrandeDawg Howdy Buddy! I was 20 to 22 yards. There were more in the brush growling that never came in and I saw another white one. I wanted the white one. They eat better!. Pedro came down and he shot a pig Saturday night so he had plenty of pork to make us some tamales later since I sent hm home with the quarters of this beast.We ate the backstraps and they were great marinaded and cooked over mesquite. It was a fun trip. Get well soon!
