I'm not quite sure what to say. There were parts of that piece that were simply magnificent; your low and mid ranges are superb. That being said, your high range is there; I can hear it and see it. What I mean by that is, in order to make the high notes come out more solidly, you've got to breathe from the diaphragm, open up, and place the tone forward, so that the sound isn't coming from the throat. All of these are very important for pushing your range to it's limits. Very nice job.
@MrKasey361 Thanks for your suggestions. It's funny because I was just thinking the other day that I should go back and record a reprise performance of this piece because it's been a while and I've made some improvements since I recorded this one. And then all of a sudden I read your comment. So it's settled. I'll be sure to include this piece on my to-do list. Thanks for your comment!
What a pity to have to have waited this long to hear your voice. I guess better late than never, eh? The vibrato in your voice is stunning, man. I see you have other videos. Can't wait to hear them.
Oh ... I forgot ... thanks a 1,000,000 for sharing your voice and giving people yet another reason to smile.
@canyoubelievethis220 Thank a bunch for the comment! It encourages me to do more videos. Yes, please feel free to check out my other videos. Some are better than others. Some of my first videos are a little questionable (at least to me - I am my toughest critic) but they do get a good number of hits and comments. I keep working hard to get better and I think it's pretty evident as you watch my videos, especially starting from the first and progressively working up to the most recent ones.
1) This piece is more of a legato nature with you wanting it to be as "buttery smooth" as possible. Try connecting the words to each other so it doesn't feel as choppy at times, especially on a few of the higher notes
2) In regards to the higher notes, you have them. Just put some more air under them and support them. Crescendo and Decrescendo between transitions to provide more energy. This will help to reduce the "chop" too
excellent!!!!!!! your voice is angelic!!!!
