What I meant was if WW3 breaks out, the world would blame the U.S. for starting the wars. And a nuke-ww3 would probably wipe out all three countries, at the very least, setting them back 100 years. Tibet is too small an issue to start a war. Global economic collapse is a much more likely issue to cause aggression. India is a great friend of the west so that doesn't make sense either. US doesn't loot Africa so that's not our problem either! Genocide in Africa. They have been killing eachother since 2000 BC.
