I think a grammar system between Chinese or English and Korean is too much different to write or speak something in the arrangement of words, isn't it? Even if you got the wrong arrangement of words when you speak in Korean, Korean people can figure out what you say.

I first studied Chinese for about a year which got me interested in Asia. Then, I became a missionary (when I used to be a member of the Mormon Church, which I've left) I was assigned to go to Canada and teach the Koreans there. I actually wanted to go to Taiwan, but you don't get to choose where you go (now I'm SO happy I went to Canada and learned Korean). I learned Korean for about 12 weeks and then did self-study for about two years while I was there. I'm been addicted ever since.

Well, I don't really want to teach English. I know there's a lot of money in it, but programming is my passion and I believe in doing what I like to do. I'm very excited to go to SNU on the engineering exchange program, I love the process of learning and think it has a lot to offer in that field.

Nope, I won't go for about a year. I did just turn in my application for SNU, so if everything goes right I'll be there next March
