I have honestly been looking for this for 14 years, As a matter of fact I continued looking last night and as we speak I am watching a movie called "Home grown" and thought "that sounds like it!" thank you for ending years of searching for a guilty pleasure when I was 7.
I really liked this band. I believe I still have their CD somewhere. It's 2011 and this is the first time I seen their video. That's after, what, 13 years, or so?

Kaboom...Hillcrest? I was about a decade later and Louise (through Taguchi...remember the Guch?) was propelled to being a legendary name through the halls of the school. Every girl aspired to become the next Louise, and every school band (aside from the dudes wanting to be the next Flava Flav;-) aspired to be the next One 2 One. We had a lot of negatives of her playing shows at coffee shops and such in the darkroom and yearbook committee shoe boxes. Oh, the great memories!
actually we are having a private party at the end of June in Ottawa, bands will be FIST if you remember them, Les and Louise will probably attend, do not know if they will play, 10 bands are planned to perrform,,all my old buddies,,partying in those days was undescribable, THE TIME OF MY LIFE
she discovered alanis when she was with one to one...she is from ottawa too..in 1992 she sang back up on their third album...they changed the band name to artificial joy club in 1997
Ah, such sweet memories of the summer of '96. Canadian rock bands have a tendency of being godlike. It's uncanny!
