Question, arnt you supposed to be wearing regimental dress for the changes of command?

@ben12342666 There is a lot wrong with this video.

1) Supposed to be in Distinctive Environment Uniform (dress uniform)

2) Doing parade drill in fighting order - BAD!

3) The Lt. Col does not know how to do the present arms. On the second movement the rifle is brought up with the slip ring at eye level. Supposed to strike the slip ring with an open palm with the arm running flush with the lower receiver. Also lots of troops in the ranks are doing it wrong too.
