why is it that all these people who think reading Born to Run makes them experts have to comment about someone's running form. It is not proven that heel striking is so bad, the Harvard study that measured impact only measured one type of impact (up and down) in biomechanics. If you run dont overstride, you can use your knee to decrease impact. If anything, the forefoot striking guy looks like he is forcing it. There is no "right" running form, it is unique to the individual
