Codemasters response:

We have been looking very hard into this issue with Nintendo and have now determined that all carts that have been shipped in the US are faulty. We are extremely sorry that this situation has arisen and want to apologise to all who have bought this game.

We have already started manufacturing a corrected version. Unfortunately this will take 8-10 weeks (the time required to manufacture new carts). We will update what you will need to do to get a replacement soon.

this is a common misconception, so i'm going to type this in caps. THIS GAME IS NOT EXTREMELY BUGGY!!! The round 30 boss is missing, so i can't progress through the game. Thats about the only bug in the game. Codemasters & Taito are replacing all units in about 8-10 weeks.

Wrong. The entire game is broken, and that becomes obvious when you compare the US version to any other version.

- Enemies don't appear in levels 5, 19, 28, and 30

- Enemies randomly die in some levels

- EVERY SINGLE LEVEL has the WRONG ENEMIES in them, which is why the difficulty is so unbalanced and enemies are constantly getting stuck in the scenery

If you can get a non-faulty version of the game, it's actually very good, but the faulty cartridges are nothing but bugs.

ok, so i dont know where the "faulty" is in this video. i dont see anything. looks like the normal game for me.

but, as i dont know the game, it may be buggy, the developer confirmed that all the units they produced are buggy.
