i am soooooo glad you put this together. i have been trying to get it done to my 98 zx7 but havent quite had the time. it sounds good. i luv my kaw's and i know what you mean by people telling you it couldnt be done. ive been going through the same. keep it up. im needing some help like T1Tsplozn to.

I'm doing the same to my 97 this winter. I'm curious about your airbox and the header. How you fabbed it up. Do you have pics from your work along the way? Also did you jet your carbs? and did you leave the same stock style exhaust? I'm swithing mine over to an akrapovic slash cut shorty. Nice work man!

mrmetals.. these rods are good to about 500hp, the cases hold 450 CHP all day. i know someone running 28psi with a blown ZXR in Malaysia and it puts down about 300-ish whp all day. i am in the middle of an EFI conversion on mine however. the CVKs will handle the boost without mods. i simply suggest ignition timing tweaking, dropping a few points off static CR and swapping pistons for a forged set. tho mr.300-hp in malaysia is running all stock internals from what he tells me. ..

i got same Kawi and plan is to turbo it. can i ask what turbo? jetting? pistons?and how thick spacer between block and cylinders. i got turbo and cooler out 2.4litre volvo this is my first turbo project dont know how it is going to turn out. how much you squeeze out of it.
