comments like this actually made me doubt purchasing a unit. But I'm so glad I did. The machine doesn't shake your fat, its not a fat shaker. What it does is wobbles your point of balance, so your muscles are constantly working. Yeah, its not that attractive to see on video, but the main reason why I did this was to show how it works. And hopefully those women or men take the step to become healthier. Its worked for me! I've lost 30 lbs so far and my doctor is amazed.
I've seen some on the internet from $300 all the way up to $15,000 .. I don't think it would be wise to go with the lower quality machines. No point in spending $300 on a door stopper if you know what I mean. I would suggest not looking at price alone but also on brand. I own a vibra pro, and there are many that see this brand, so shop around.
At first I tried to do some research on them, and I found so much information, it was just mind over-flow. You can really get totally lost in the amount of information out there. I went with this machine because of my girl friend, she was going to get one and we got a deal by purchasing two. I've honestly have had no side effects at all.
How is your training coming? Its been about a month ..do you notice a difference? I just got a Vibra Pro 5500 from Slimvibes...today is my second day and I can feel it! Its very invigorating too...Hope to detox my body and lose some LBs too...
Thanks for posting, I have a similar machine which is in my home gym and I mainly use it as toning apparatus after my CV. I do squats, lunges, the bridge, Superman squat and press ups on mine, never thought of using it on its own every day as an aid to losing weight, has your result been in conjunction with a diet?
I've always tried diets, and they work as long as you're on the diet... which to be honest, I'm not one to really follow a diet. With regards to the machine because of my work schedule, running around, kids, etc. this machine has actually done better than I hoped. Its just so easy to use, I jump on it and way I go...

Thanks for the demo. Did you do much research on different machines before deciding on this one? Have there been any negative side effects?

Hi there, just wondering but where did you buy this?
We have just started a trail at a wellness center, and are considering purchasing one instead of a membership.
