I love how the game obfuscates the zach/york thing so well. How the game possibly reveals in the end (although Jeff and Vinny don't quite get it) that 'York' has been calling himself Zach the whole time. That's 'how emily knows', the game just lets you believe the he is really York. It just gives you the opposite of what is actually being said.
