From the sounds of it, it seems pretty simple. I think the chorous could use a little work though at the beginning.

The notes for the main riff without bass are: a, a#, b, c, and c. Each note has a lower c added to it.

wrong, it's a D, not C. The bass is another octave lower D as well.

Yeah get that tutorial up. I'm arranging Kashmir so that I can play it in in a few months and I have some sheet music but I'd like to see what someone as good as you is playing. Do you know if the fancier part is in a scale or which scale it is in?
