i you observed, the Bishop is speaking with the Holy Spirit. Every word he speak a wind sounds echoed. I hope I'm not wrong and it was'nt an electric fan.

God bless the Philippines hope every priest and Bishop urged the Filipino to pray for the growth and development of our country like when we pray for the impossible rain where the God grant us..
