No but there is a cheat to travel fast just push the tilde button and type in "coc balmora" for example which city you want the only thing is you can't travel to cities with 2 names or so.. i hope i helped you :)

Yes, you can travel to cities with multiple words in their name. Just put the city name in quotes (ie: 'coc "Seyda Neen"' instead of 'coc Seyda Neen')

Also the thing i do on all of my characters is to give yourself the Mark and Recall spells with alteration skill at 100.

Just saves you long hours of running back and forth

Yeah, there is, Fliggerty's fast travel mod.

Can't give you a link, but thats what it's called, it works perfectly, and you don't have to know where the place is you are going, you can travel anywhere.
