"Otter" ice fishing sleds can be found at Cabelas, Bass Pro or even on Amazon, where I bought mine. Heavy polymer and rugged enough to carry as much as you can pull.
Probably lighter than the wooden one you made, although it is pretty cool.
@vulcman2007 The wooden one we made was more an experiment. It does have pros and cons. If I build a new one I would make it differently. One thing I like about this sled is that it is (almost) unbreakable. And it is a great bench to sit on out there in the snow.
We did use plastic pulks on our last years snow camping trip, along with this sled. I should take a look at those Otters, though

That looks like a lot of fun and you don't have to carry a backpack, which enables you to carry a more weight.
