@Imaginationplay123 nice! Those fj45's are awesome! We have a bj40 and an fj80 (which gets 9mpg...haha) both are amazing offroad too :) we have the fj80 set up with the "old man emu" suspention system and ARB bull bar, we love it! :D

@Imaginationplay123 Notice how the large number of third world counties use many more toyota's than any other brand? Ever wondered why that is? Nissan is much better than alot of other manufacturers b/c of the excellant qualtity of products from Japan. Don't get me wrong, Nissan and Toyota are both way up there, but I think Toyota is the better brand.

They should have used the new landcruiser for the modern truck, because Toyota is a much better brand than Nissan. It wouldve been more interesting to see the new landcruiser vs the old.

Nissan Patrol has ten times stronger diffs, gear box, CV's and all round stronger drivetrain then any Toyota.

They should have tested a new LWB with an old LWB....Not an old SWB with a new LWB....Stupid comparison really.

The only thing that was missing from the old Toyota, a diesel engine. It puts out almost as much low end torque as the modern Nissan's horsepower.

They both have their advantages over the other one and their disadvantages. For all its modern creature comforts and sophistication, I'd prefer the vintage Land Cruiser over the more modern Patrol. I'm glad however that he decided against that last test, going down that 80 degree slope. Even if the Land Cruiser could've done it and remain intact, I doubt very much its driver would. That would be suicidal.
