There is a few questions that need to be asked to qualify your statement.
• Did you properly charge the dongle?
• Did you use the device in a area serviced by the proper cellular services?
• Was the unit inside a metal container or not easily able to receive the proper GPS / cellular signals from the air?
• By chance did you get a defective unit? I'm sure PocketFinder would support such an issue!
