He is basicly saying he left academy and arts school cause it was so boring talk about art instead do art and the public places made him need work on the city old walls. few times he had problems with police (cause the public walls are not so public... some owners forget the wall until he use it for make art) and he want a comunication with people. the cirilic letters he use just for create a strange aproach, people know something is being said, but have to stop to try understand.
