How many females does the Bujinkan have and how many women are in a leadership role within the Bujinkan? Great concept for a Q&A on womens role in the Martial Arts and in Ninjutsu. Osu

@1banryukyu Don't know if you got an answer. From my experience of the Bujinkan they are very few females in the art, though females are very much welcome same as anyone is. As for leadership roles, Soke is the leader, everyone else is a mere teacher and are supposed to lead their students by Soke's example. Unfortunately the percentage of really good teachers is small with most using the role to satisfy their ego's. There ARE some women instructors and REALLY good ones at that.
