Thanks a lot. I really like this one myself. Wheather I and my daughtrer make it full justice - I am not to say. But Amy McDonald is shure one of our favourites. And I am glad you like this version. After all it is very amateur like and made in admitation of the outstanding scottish artist.... ;-)

I do not reallyt know what the issue is here. But off course, it is not forbidden to dislike videos on Youtube. My daughter has Amy McDonald as one of her "icons" and likes to sing her melodies while I do the backing. But one thing surprises me a bit. The very most hits on this one are from Germany. It seems as though that is your home nation. Is Amy McDonald an icon in Germany?? Or what? I am a bit curious and would appreciate your opinion.

Yes of course she is.

Maybe i know her 'cause my interests in music or it's our radio station (SWR3). They're playing so much different music.

Amy McDonald gave some concerts in Germany, too.

Maybe it could be an idea to ask my daughter to try recording "This Pretty Face". That might not be an easy one perhaps. Anyway. We will see. And thanks again for your information.
