    We all want to stretch so the fibres themselves gets longer! The longer the fibres, the longer the stretch.

    And yoga means you transfer this to the lifecurrent, so you live longer by stretching it. You hit the nerve and said it just like that. That´s impressive!

    So yoga means enhancing the lengt of the fibres..?

    Can one also stretch the brainfibres in the same way? And perhaps even the bones fibres? I just love long wellstretched cheekcbones.

  • Yoga means to unite. And who we are does never change. This is what Yoga should teach you, - That you unite the little self with the Universal Self. Likewise yoga needs no change. I have done the exact same exercises for 30 years. And all the time I have been, and remained the exact same one as always. Only problem can be that to begin with one identifies with someone which one is not (the mind). Later one finds that you always was and am the one and only Self within.

  • There is no much Yoga in this. It is just strech-exercises for beginners.

  • Is that a joke or you think such bodily execution is just for beginners?

  • I mean: You are supposed to keep each Asana for a certain lenght of time, - some of them 5 min. or more. This program is rahter a strech-program than a Yoga-program. "For beginners"?...NO - that´s a joke. He is extreemingly skilled!

  • Hmm... I guess 5 min or more of an asana would make some boring demonstration. Time spend in an asana has not very much to do with the amount of yoga body bending has got in it. Yoga and stretching are just concepts. Bending is real, no matter if it's named yoga or heavy ass stretching. And that guy does some harcore stretching yoga nice and smooth, in my opinion. Better go and stretch my own ass thoug, than just talk bullshit.
