Looking back, Dwyane Wade is the ONLY Heat player that the team picked from the draft who actually became a top player of the Heat and did not get traded away for a big star. Guys like Alonzo Mourning and Tim Hardaway, they traded for them. And they traded away their picks that they developed (Glen Rice, Rony Seikaly) for them.
