Physically women are weaker, that's why men can't hit women. Scientifically, the female brain is weaker in certain areas. Perhaps the black brain is more suited to physical labour. Maybe it's years of conditioning on both sides, evolution you might call it

How would you feel having the best person running your company or doing important research & they get pregnant, you then have to pay maternity & a less qualified temp to fill that role. It's really a money thing, women cost more to employ thus get paid less
We women & black people are socialized to be is only a small part of the problem

@AthenaThe Well do you want to be the one that asks all female employees if they plan to have kids or make them contracually obliged not to or penalise them if they do. And I certainly wouldn't want to contracually oblige women to be sterilized or summat.
It's a harsh reality but it is a reality. It's not a choice it's just part of the female biological functions that can't be changed.
I personally don't think & never have paid a woman less because she is female but it is a consideration.

Fact of the matter is this:
Women bear children. If you have a man and a women equally qualified & experienced for a job, why would you risk taking on the one who may need an extended period off work? Especially if the job is important or critical the success of the comany or a project the comany is on. You then have to pay her maternity and pay for a replacement who won't fully understand or care about the project because they are a temp.
Only answer is pay women a little less.
