Nope. It's a Musica CC 5-valve made by Conn. This video is was taped BEFORE I became a Miraphone Artist...circa 2000. AND! Miraphone most certainly makes rotary EEb tubas. Check out the Miraphone Norwegian Star. Wonderful tuba designed for Oystein Baadsvick!

How is the sax dumb; it's a valuable contribution to the woodwind family. Personally I tend to find the saxophone to be too abrasive in sound near and particularly below the baritone, while the baritone and higher pitched sax sound great, even the soprano sax when played by people like Coltrane and not Kenny G. I prefer the bass clarinet or equivalent contrabass flutes. Although every instrument has it's use, who puts a comment like your's up

What I mean is I'm not a big fan of the tenor or soprano, I meant to say alto, not bari. Sorry. And I do play the bass clarinet, and am learning to play brass for marching band so I can know how to play brass and woodwind. I do know every instrument is important, but people who play sax tend to get a big head thinking theyre the only part that matters.

Amazing solo. That tuba is the perfect instrument for jazz, it's very soft in it's sound. Not as harsh as the yamaha tuba I have at school. =P

i wouls suggest doing some deep breathing excersizes just by yourself. one really good one is when u stand up and just relax your chest and put your hands up as if u were to hold a bow and arrow. when u "draw" back take the biggest breath possible and when u let go exhale as fast as possible.
