are you playing RE3?? if so you have to go to load game, then there should be some selections like to play the merc. restart, or continue the game.

someone gave a comment since 3 or 4 months ago that to get an "A" Rank just use this strategy as Mikhail and Rescue the 6 Hostages... remember that they must be rescued in order or else they will be killed, then... whatever you do don't use any first aid sprays or mixed herbs... then that's it! you get a Rank "A"...

unfortunately everyone, the cash u get is about 1670... darn! how cheap
