Hi Johnny. :) The problem with my hair is that it is fine and breaks easily. It seems like I lose a lot of hair when I shower and brush it. I have a million fly-aways. I have tried different shampoos to fix the problem, but I don't know how long I should use the shampoo before trying something else. I really like all of the looks that you do! I have to ask that you wear light color shirts when working on models with dark color hair. The dark coats/t-shirts camouflage the hair while styling it.

I loved this video. I have curly hair but have found that from getting it straighten just with a blow dryer my curls are not as bouncy. Now my hair is more like staw it feel. Anyway to jump from getting my hair staright to healty curls again?

why would you go to all the trouble of curling it, why not use a difuser. fair enuff it does look good with curlers but if u want that look every day LIKE I DO! thats jus hard work

Not pixie cut short, but it's about chin length (think Katie Holmes... only a bit longer) Now, it's also very dry because I have colored and colored it to get it from a very dark jet black to my very VERY light strawberry(ish) blonde. Then concerning what hair style curly hair should rock, it would definitely be using a curling iron let you hair dry on sebastion products then take medium parts of hair and GO !
please tell why you use Vito products bc i always feel like ppl say "buy/use THIS product" and then i spend all the money and it doesn't work. so maybe if you compare Vito to others, i'll have an idea of why i should get it as opposed to something that might be equal and cheap at the drugstore. also, i guess i don't have curly hair bc mine are not corkscrewy they're like big curls. is care the same?

I'm half black, and my hair was about that length and it just dried poofy if I didn't pick it out into a little afro.
People thought it was cool but I was done with it, so I relaxed it.

I have curly hair, not as curly as this, but still. I use a curl gel and scrunch my hair a bit after I've towel-dried it. It looks very defined and not frizzy.
You are a great stylist and I love you, but this did not help me. I think curls are very broad and advice can vary.

Please do a tutorial for an easy, everyday look for someone with thick naturally wavy hair, that is not easy to manage and won't hold a curl.

I have curly hair also, not so curly as this, and I use a simple curl gel or foam to get them defined. Sometimes I wan't them straight and I use a blow dryer and if needed, a straightening iron. My problem is - how to blow dry curly hair straight ? I've done it quite a lot and I've got some tips too, but it's still hard. It takes me up to 30 minutes and I envy those who get it done in 3 min. I use Osis flatliner etc., which work good for me, but some tips from you would be great ! Thanks,Katrina

I loved this video. I have curly hair but have found that from getting it straighten just with a blow dryer my curls are not as bouncy. Now my hair is more like staw it feel. Anyway to jump from getting my hair staright to healty curls again?

My curls are way tighter than hers, but these are great tips that anyone with curly hair can use. Phyto and Cream of Nature make the best products for curly (and dry) hair.
By the way, I love a guy with dimples.

Hey Johnny your great i think you have very good ideas my question is my hair is processed relaxed and i would like to have the full curly look but usually when i wash my hair and let it air dry it gets very puffy and not curly i've tried some products like garnier curling products and a diffuser but it ends up looking unmagable, and puffy i've tried the curling iron but it doenst help since my hair usually end up puffy what can i do? is there any chance you can make a video with processed hair?

Johnny, you are great! I have curly hair as well, but its damaged due to years and years of dyes.. I'm growing all the treatments out, so soon I'll be able to REALLY care for it as curly (not damaged) hair. Do you have tips for damaged hair? (its not TOO damaged, but its there)

why would you go to all the trouble of curling it, why not use a difuser. fair enuff it does look good with curlers but if u want that look every day LIKE I DO! thats jus hard work

i ve always thought my curly hair is disturbing and unmanageable although i get compliments abt it.. PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE IT, LOVE IT!
What i find good to gain crazy volume is drying the hair with the diffuser while bending over and gently massaging the roots of the hair!
I can never make the volume last long.. any ideas? Spray just makes it look bad i think..

Her curls are beautiful, but the hairstyle looks like a lion! I'm mixed and I have really curly hair, the curling iron advice was a good idea, maybe for a pony tail or half up half down do, but I don't think I want my hair to be that volumized! ok i have a question! i have extensions and i want to make the curl kinda wavy and natural.. like audrina patridge's hair from the hills is most of the time. i have a large barrelled tong but the curls dont stay AT ALL, so i use a medium one and brush it, it works ok but its not exactly how i want it. do a vid for that !!

Hi, Johnny. I have a question. I have really short hair. Not pixie cut short, but it's about chin length (think Katie Holmes... only a bit longer) Now, it's also very dry because I have colored and colored it to get it from a very dark jet black to my very VERY light strawberry(ish) blonde. So I would like to know 1. If there's any way I can restore that moisture to it. Also 2. a good way to style short hair in different ways that's EASY! haha My hair's not curly i just thought i'd comment here

First of all for people who have money or are willing to spend money on their hair I found the perfect product for curly hair : Sebastien Professional, It's even better than Kerastase I promise you will not be disappointed! Then concerning what hair style curly hair should rock, it would definitely be using a curling iron let you hair dry on sebastion products then take medium parts of hair and GO !

please tell why you use Vito products bc i always feel like ppl say "buy/use THIS product" and then i spend all the money and it doesn't work. so maybe if you compare Vito to others, i'll have an idea of why i should get it as opposed to something that might be equal and cheap at the drugstore. also, i guess i don't have curly hair bc mine are not corkscrewy they're like big curls. is care the same?
