Alva wasn't a douche, he WAS an arrogant, egomaniac, he earned that title, he was DAMN Excellent at what he did, he knew it, so did everyone else... he turned out to be a very successful business man. Peralta wasn't arrogant or egomaniacal, he was a down to earth straight up business man from the git go. Nothing wrong with either. They were true to themselves and are both very successful to this day. BRAVO to 'em both.
