I feel bad saying anything because Mark Speight's dead but I've heard pretty bad things about Scratchy and Co.

The first series or so was awful as it consisted of pre-recorded green screen effects; no live phone ins or anything like that, they couldn't even refer to shows and simply said "And now, this."

This era, from what I recall, was miles better.
