When did peace become war? I'm pretty sure most of the norwegians troops believe they fight for what is right, but it can not be forgotten how well they serve the evil capitalistic leaders in the world, the weapon industries, the opium industry, the tension and so on...
@gregboyds We do cooperate with both NATO and EU. We invest our oil money in Europe, and the world so on. If we didn't cooperate with NATO or any other allie, how come we had intelligence agents in Afghanistan even before the war started? How come that we was one of the few/first nations to deploy special forces soldiers into Afghanistan in the beginning? How come that both NATO AND the US are happy with that we even are there with the small army we has? Are the Netherlands cowards to pull out?

And it was NATO that placed us where we are, not us...
And the primary role in this war is that mainly U.S, British and Australian forces are supposed to be on the offensive fighting. Everyone else are mainly there for the safety to the people in Afghanistan and training Afghan soldiers and police officers. So shut the fuck up and support everyones role on the battlefield. We are even lucky to get help from the NATO nations for this long, even if the war are already lost from our part.

DÅrlig sammenligning utdanning i forsvaret kan være greit å ha på cven jobb som befal noen år er ikke negativt vis du vil bli noe innenfor det private. Det du mener er at de som er ute og får posttraumatisk stress syndrom.
Et eksempel er vel en i familien som var løyntnant i noen år, idag driver han 2 firmaer, som gir salt til maten for å si det sånn han sier at han kunne ikke vært foruten balasten med forsvaret der han jobber idag noe som ikke har så mye med forsvaret å gjøre.

Rullebladreglene er der av en grunn ;) tror ikke man har behov for udisiplinerte gutter/jenter i en jobb hvor det nettopp kreves folk med noe mellom øra ;) Holder ikke at man er flink til å trykke på avtrekkern hvis man ikke kan samarbeide og forholde seg til ordre.

At de gjor en bra jobb skal jeg vaere enig i. At de gjor en "mye bedre" jobb enn britene, canadierne, nederlenderne, danskene, amerikanerne osv i Helmand, Kandahar, Uruzgan o.l.. Har jeg liten tro paa. Husk at Norge kun har styrker i det nord.

Jeg synes Norge spiller en veldig snill rolle over hele verden, men ikke i Afghanistan, frodi alle norske soldater slott seg ned der i nord i afganistan, krigen er i sør i afghanistan, hvis dere virkelige hjelper afganistan da må dere trekke dere mot sør og kjempe mot Taliban.

er du politiker så kjemper du ikke for demokratiet, du jobber "i demokratiet", og soldater gjør så mangt mer enn å klemme ut kuler. Om du er oppdatert så bygger de skoler, sykehus og annet som kommer befolkningen der nede til gode. Btw så skal jeg satse utdanning, i forsvaret. Befalsskole, så videre til krigsskole. Kommer fra en familie med lang historie i forcen ;)

åh please man, forcen? det er det alle kids kaller det -.- og hvordan kan soldater bygge skoler og sykehus? snekkere og fagfolk (enda et hint: folk med utdanning) bygger bygninger. utdanning i forsvaret er ikke utdanning i den sivile verden. de bruker det ordet. anyways er det lurt av deg å velge befalsskole og krigsskole istedet for vanlig førstegangstjeneste.

Hvorfor kverulerer du? sivile snekkere og fagfolk blir ikke sendt ned, isåfall har de fagbrev fra vgs og så i tillegg militærudtn. Udtanning i forsvaret er ikke utdanning i den sivile verden, stemmer det. Men omtrent alt du kan utdanne deg som i forsvaret, kan du bruke sivilt også. pilot, kokk, ingeniør. Du setter for grove skiller mellom de to. De er akkurat som å si at en man fra forsvaret ikke fungerer i den sivile verden. Helt på trynet.

enig der, men så er det ikke krigen i kosovo vi snakker om heller :P og det var ikke fordi de hadde utdanning fra forsvaret at de ikke fungerte i det sivile, det var på grunn av det de hadde sett der nede som påvirket dem psykisk. Usaklig dude :P

okay men det de har sett er relatert til krig da, det som sjokkerer meg er at forsvaret vil aldri vise videos av hva som skjer i forsvaret, de får bare hele greia til å se ut som et helteeventyr. spesielt når de gir døde norske soldater heltestatus

hvorfor sjokkerer det deg? alle vet jo at de ikke viser sånn fordi det har med moral å gjøre, og det har heltestatusen drepte soldater får også. Det løfter på moralen hvis du vet at om du skulle være uheldig å dø, at du blir vist en siste ære. Om de hadde vist alt det onde som skjer, ville ingen vervet seg. Skjønner? :)

DÅrlig sammenligning utdanning i forsvaret kan være greit å ha på cven jobb som befal noen år er ikke negativt vis du vil bli noe innenfor det private. Det du mener er at de som er ute og får posttraumatisk stress syndrom.
Et eksempel er vel en i familien som var løyntnant i noen år, idag driver han 2 firmaer, som gir salt til maten for å si det sånn han sier at han kunne ikke vært foruten balasten med forsvaret der han jobber idag noe som ikke har så mye med forsvaret å gjøre.

Norge burde ha en stående hær på 100.000 soldater. Faen ta vi er nabo med russland... I tilegg burde vi delta mer i afghanistan. FAEN jeg kom ikke inn i millitæret pga for dårlig syn.... :( en annen kamerat av meg pga hørselen. Har vi så mange soldater å gå på at vi kan drite i i soldater som ikke er 100% perfekte....

i think the norwegion goverment should spend more money on their military of defence because the norwegion indavidual soldier is a strong fighter at heart and through history look it up norwegions conquer alot of land in their times when they use to be vikings.
