this setup is 3 years old now and has long since been retired. It was very inefficient and the mileage gain was hardly even recognizable. Check out my more recent "Beast Cell". It was way more efficient but testing was halted when I sold my test vehicle when I moved accross the country.
@cavebandit Thats what I am saying. Where is the application? What will you do with the Beast Cell now? Getting another test vehicle? Someone threatened you or something?

hello mate i can see you don`t have such a great gas production as you said u have.my dry cell only takes 15amps but has a lot more violent gas production.
not sure? I have since put this unit aside for a much more efficient dry cell setup (see other vids).
I would guess if it was a turbo car you would need to inject the gas before the turbo, around the air cleaner area. Otherwise you would need serious HHO pressure before any would be able to enter the engine. Sorry I cant be of more help.
Hey, it's a 92 eclipse (you are right, non-turbo). I have set this unit aside for the much more efficient 7 cell setup (see other vids). I am adding the HHO gas to the incoming air to the air box. To be able to replace gasoline completely it would take huge HHO production. Even with the 7 cell I am currenty running I am still having trouble fooling the engine computer. With the HHO added the engine burns so much more efficiently the oxygen sensor thinks its running lean and dumps more fuel in.
HEH yeah i have a 93 non-turbo, but its my "fun car" im switching over to the turbo engine.. i'll have a spare engine that just needs rings sitting around...
Once I have more money, I have some ideas and I'm going to try and run it off HHO completely.. just that as I'm sure you're aware, this is a costly undertaking... and costly and I don't get a long very well right now..
Try reversing the polarity ...cathode likes to be hot = more electrons available, your wires as cathode having lower mass will get nice & hot. Outer case loses heat as there's a cooling effect. Try to keep anode at ambient as it'll draw heat energy from air around it = more efficiency.
the higher the voltage the lower the current also the higher the voltage the higher the production as the higher voltages reduces the resistance due to a lower current flow. the higher voltage means there is much more energy available for the electrolysis to take place. also its good to make sure on one of the plates not sure weather + or - but small fine pins that come to sharp points i think its the hydrogen it collects better at sharp points rather than flat surfaces
Thanks for the checking it out but as cool as it looks it is extremely flawed. It has 304 grade stainless mesh inside (+) and stainless outer tube (-). VERY inefficient design. I was gettting about 30mpg highway before and 33mpg after. Also by running such high voltage in a single cell it forces huge amounts of iron out of the lower grade stainless. I do not suggest this setup unless you know something I'm missing. My next attempt will either be a multiple cell setup or a dry cell.
So you just place the unit in the car instead of table at your home, and say its working? When are you going to run the car on it?

It is possible to run a car just on HHO, I have almost successfully done it, u can watch my first video just by clicking on pieterdavison

I'm gonna do that to my DSM too.

Hmm do you do voiceovers on the Simpsons? You could do a great Otto.
Keep up the good work!

BANG! I love when people light the gas!

stainless steel you say!!! :O You are making hexavalent chromium in the water!!!!
hexavalent chromium is a hazardous material. you need to collect all your wast water and take it to a hazardous wast disposal& processing facility!!

what would happen if you used this with a car that has a turbo

heh i guess i shoulda watched the whole vid before commenting :D and i can see its not turbo. Let us know as soon as you have it running.

heh 1989 - 1994 mitsubishi eclipse (or variant)
Is it turbocharged?
Are you adding the hho to the gas?
or replacing the gas completely?
