Does this help if I am trying to lose fat from my hips, thighs, and butt? If so, it should be more reps and less weight, right?

@kaweenaxd I hate to break it to you but pin point fat loss is a myth the only way you can lose fat in these areas is if you bring down your overall body fat. These exercises will burn calories, tone and build your muscle (depending how heavy you lift, reps etc) but not cause you to lose fat in those specific areas. Best way to do it is keep it simple and lose weight by burning more calories than you consume. Good luck with your fitness goals.

the video doesn't show the real and position for the exercises, and for begginers that could result desastrous for the core, please show (mr. camera man), the position of the feet, the back, the symmetry, the inhale and exhale, otherwisw , you are just selling the machines....
How about stay off of this machine and learn how to do a proper squat instead of sitting in some machine that uses sin and cosin and 45 degree angles and gravity to help you cheat.

Lower = quads
higher = hams and glutes
Feet stance is also important.
