I wish the cartoon followed the comic more.

Cobra Commander is a man in the comic.

He has deep ties to the Vietnam war....I´m not a spoiler.

But the story in the comics isn´t science fiction.

The Commander has revenge in his mind. And he´s in the comic....he´´s not so comedic.

Like the Ninja Turtles. The original comics were bloody, brutal.

Wish they could have stayed true to original stories. But still I love what I see.=)))

@Biomaniac94 Some of the background music heard in this movie was taken directly from season 3 of the original Transformers cartoon, which are different variations of some of the background music heard in the Transformers movie from 1986. They all have that familiar sound to them. Especially the track that plays when the joes are ambushed by the Cobrala Empire.

What I remember most about this animated film was the soundtrack from 0:20 to 1:26, most likely because it was also used by the Transformers - the Return of Optimus Prime if I recall correctly. Every major hero and villain had a speaking part. in this well executed storyline.
