@WonderLyricsx3: It does,but in order to use them you have to fade them in with another video,which isn't as pretty as it would be using Sony Vegas because it darkens the video in the BG showing the sparkle effect more which is something you wouldn't want.

Not if you know how, Change the layer type to "Lighten" Or green screen the sparkles,Then your clips wont be dark.

In Windows Movie Maker there is no Green Screen or Lighten,there is a brightness increase,but it doesn't brighten the BG clip only the effect.
