  • This sucks! She mangled it. Fucking cunt.

  • It's a great master piece!!

  • Murphy / Lisa = The Best Cover x3

    i love lisa simpson !!!!

  • I love this rola and sincerely weep with her

  • I started playing alto sax in 6th grade, and I can assure you that a 1st grader is too small to play one unless she's a giant! I was a little small for it then, and I was an average-sized kid. You hear about 4-year-olds with a piano, but not a sax.

  • Man, how I cried in Bleeding Gums Murphy episodes. Simpsons gold age

  • lyric?

  • I love the voice of lisa in english

  • trop bien le "jazzman"

  • Ruhe und Spiele in Frieden!

  • How title this song?

  • @Arejas98 jazzman ¬¬ jajaja

  • i love this song myself :-) ^_^ ! ! ! ! !

  • There is truly no match for Lisa Simpson in world of jazz. Not that I would know anything about it...

  • Comment removed

  • they dont make em like they used to

  • Blues ain't about making you feel better. It's about making other people feel worse and making a buck while you're at it.

  • There really is no better way to say so long to Murphy than this song... This version bests Carole King's by as many pranks as Bart has pulled on all of Springfield and then some!

  • Best Series ever! - before season 11.

  • Great singing Lisa :)

  • Man, when was the last time we saw/heard Lisa play the saxaphone anyways?

  • The diffrent to Family guy and American dad is that The Simpsons has got a soul

they all have theire own character and thats because we love them

  • I love song Lisa \o

  • Elle chante mal lisa

  • Le son est différent car c'est un saxophone baryton, alors que dans la version Carole King, c un alto

  • jazzman :DDDD

    (8)

  • It's the old lisa i miss not bleeding gums murphy.

  • what sax does lisa have cuz it looks like a Baritone but souds like a tenor

  • Moments like this solidify the Simpsons as the greatest cartoon ever made.

Seasons 3-8 had that perfect level of touching, hilarious, real moments. It's not just about quick machine-gun gags every few seconds, it's about hitting the right notes. The simpsons can make you cry from laughter, happiness, or sadness. The writers were that good.

  • Dude the Sax voice of Lisa is my Music theory teacher, Doug Norwine dude is a beast!!

  • Gracias - Thanks.

  • Good song annoying voice!

  • its very very good

  • she is really good

  • Aww I love Lisa, she's cute :)

  • Yeardley Smith can sing!!!!!

  • This was the best episode ever I will always hold this one above all others go Lisa she actually has a good voice.

  • The best episodes of the Simpsons came out during 1990-98 season. Now with new writers it has totally lost it's edge in the age of being politically correct, shows like Family Guy and The Clevland Show have overshadowded them. You may disagree but on certain levels it's true.

  • what episode and season is this from?

  • @justanotherfrog I'm sorry but i don't know the name of the episode but its definately season 6

  • @simpsonlisa21 Ok, thanks!

  • @justanotherfrog season 6 episode 22 "Round Springfield"

  • id really like to learn that song on my sax!!

  • I miss old Simpsons

  • I could imagine Yeardley Smith singing this song in the studio, it would actually look pretty funny.

  • fucking the people who dislike this. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH

  • oh no, Futurama is good but Simpson is the best series all of the time!

  • Lisa has a beautiful voice! And can play one helluva sax!

  • Whats this episode called?

  • @ALEJOGZ123 Season 6, Episode 22, 'Round Springfield'.

  • @ALEJOGZ123 'round springfield

  • 3 people have no soul or missed the like button

  • We'll miss you Bleeding Gums Murphy!!!

  • @TheLoneRanger13 Like Reverend LoveJoy said

    BLOOD and GUTS Murphy lol

  • I wish they would make more episodes like the earlier ones

  • Ah, the classic years of Simpsons, from the times when animation and writing in TV shows had heart. May those memories be with us for d'oh!

  • waht is the "simpsons"?

    videogame? tv-thing?

  • @jathiderbigman what, are you been living under a rock? inside a cave with your eyes closed and your ears clogged????!!!!!

  • I love this song

  • I was thinking the exact thing about Yeardly singing C. King's Jazzman. Wow, memories!! What was that like, season 3 from 91' or something? So long ago. As a long standing Simpson's fan, I can tell you they have pissed me off numerous times over the last 15-17 years with some of their targets and jokes. However, what's awesome is I can overlook that because the overall quality & ability to integrate original comedy & slapstick with heartwarming humanity makes The Simpsons untouchable! VIVA LIFE

  • The Simpsons have one thing that the other FOX cartoons just don't have after so many years--heart.

  • @PlushQueen Exactly. And thats what makes it timeless.

  • @SwingRiots And what makes it my favorite cartoon of all time. ^^

  • say what?

  • 1:25 of this is not long enough!

  • You people are nuts. Last season of the Simpsons was really good.

  • Epic

  • I like how lisa sings it I can just imagine myself sitting on top of a piano while a handsome man is playing that song and I'm singing it dressed in a sparkling red dress!

  • @SuperKimberly1990 Whoa what a dream, I like it!

  • einfach nur cool

  • love it

  • God, I fucking hate what they have done to Lisa in the last seasons. She became a plain, stereotype of any 8 year old kid. They destroyed the greatness that was her character, like they did with most of them. NEW EPISODES SUCKS.

  • 0she was my insparation to play sax x3

  • Jazz Man!!!

  • this was such a nice episode, back when simpsons had storylines were the character learned and grew instead of just providing a storyline so wacky jokes can be told (ala family guy)

  • J'adore cette musique :)

  • I remember this one episode made me cry

  • it really sucks to see the decline in quality of a great show like the simpsons =(

  • @SmartGuy212121 FINALLY! SOMEONE GETS THE POINT, the simpsons lost it after season 10!

  • absolutely, my very own appreciation is that Simpsons lost their "touch" after season 15 if you ask ME, the best Simpsons Era is 9th to 14th season =)

  • the first pic.. what episode was that? when we see the inscripsion on the sacks

  • Jazz. My fists, my last AND my everything...

  • w LISAAAAA!!! W IL JaZZ!!!! ti adoro lisaaa!!

  • Never actually heard the original 'till today... I actually like this one more

  • really?? i know the simpsons are cool but come on. the carole king/tom scott original is a classic.

  • wonderfoul!!

  • Whered you got it from ? Cant remember to hear that in one of a season... we'll i meant the full one not the one from Murphys dead

  • funny start

  • nice music

  • at least the simpsons now is still better than the other cartoon crap out there

  • JAZZ WILL NEVER DIE

  • J'adore cette chanson! Elle est trop belle!

  • *dances to Lisa's singing*

  • This is different from the version in "Round Springfield". Is it a bootleg?

  • Simpsons suck now. Not funny anymore

  • Its a classic. Idiot.

  • i agree, simpsons are just epic, but the new episodes are awful, they have nothing to do with the previous

  • I agree its just not funny anymore

  • Gotta love Tom Scott

  • Who's Tom?

  • bello good

  • Such an amazing song... Back when lisa was really cool instead of just annoying like in most newer episodes.

  • Comment removed

  • lisa sings it with such passion

  • Why doesn't the video show all the people being happy from the song? :(

  • No series will ever be like The Simpsons - try to look at 'Familiy Guy'...

The Simpsons is and will be the best ever!

Very nice voice Lisa have :).

ONE OF THE BIGGEST SIMPSONS FANS EVER! <3

  • I wouldn't say that Family Guy is supposed to be like The Simpsons since both ideas were made by Matt Greoning.

  • no o.O Family Guy is created by Seth McFarnley (American Dad and Cleeveland Show too)

Matt Groennings second cartoon is Futurama.

But Family Guy really isn't just a copy of the simpsons, they both are just a parody of the "Average American Family" The only thing these shows have in common is that there is a dumb fat father, a "hot" smart(er) wife and 3 kids where one is a Baby. And there is no more in common >.>

  • Oh, really? I guess people learn new things every day. Thank you!

  • And the use of situational humor.

"Remember that one time when..." Except Family Guy has abused this kind of humor.

  • @kavtind Yes it is the BEST SHOW EVER!!!!<333

  • @kavtind for sure. especially the first decade. classic

  • @kavtind yeah, but Matt should let the simpsons die, they are not good anymore :(

  • @kavtind futurama is much better

  • @kavtind do you wanna be my friend? i love my yellow mentors too

  • Best comedy series of all time

  • @DTDB1225can i be your friend? i love this show to death too.

  • its not a cartoon it's the simpsons!

  • It's not a cartoon. It's my life.

  • Lisas voice is amazing *.*

  • Have you guys listened to the Carole King Live version of this one? It's the first hit if you search for "Carole King Jazzman" here on Youtube. The funk on that one is beyond compare!

  • I love lisas voice!! Its so sweet :)

  • I could listen to this over and over. Brilliant :D

  • i think i heard this song in the bowling alley at my 12th birthday party the singer's voice was different

  • I loooove this it sounds so happy & I love saxophones!

  • thnks for this! I looked everywhere and I only found the second part when Bleeding Gums was dead but now I found the whole part...i wish there was a full version.

  • :D Suuper !!

  • D'OH!!

  • what saxophone does lisa play? tenor? alto?

  • lisa plays alto, bleeding gums murphey plays tenor

  • no its like a mini bari... the neck i mean

  • No, Lisa's is clearly a baritone. Listen to that growl, you can't get that with a saxophone smaller than a meter.

  • I'm sorry but I must say you that you're wrong!

Lisa doesn't play alto or tenor.

She plays baritone and Bleeding gums plays alto.

    You can find it anywhere.

  • oh thanks

  • I don't know what to say I don't know why.....lol

  • I LOVE THIS SONG!

  • full song !!!!

  • I wish Yeardley Smith had done a full version of the song :) i'd Listen to it all the time :)

  • I like it!
