I AM SO SURE THERE WAS A PROMO FOR RE-RUNS ON THIS CHANNEL! They were like in 1988 or so, and they were in blocks with the show logos. For example: "Up next, it's Three's Company, followed by Gimme A Break, and then Webster" or something like that. And they'd show all 3 show logos on one screen. Then the next half hour they'd show Gimme A Break, Webster, and the show that followed that.
Excellent!, As far as I remember the "Living 56" logo was never used on the movie promos. I like the animation though. Thanks for posting and please add more if you can!
It was sometime in the mid 80s, I believe, during a show about Red Auerbach retiring as general manager, I believe. I'll have to take another look at that tape.

Looks to me like its early 1984 at the latest. The "Living 56" branding would have come into place later that year.
