this was the best routine from them of all time, every single pass was perfectly together, everything was just perfect, if someone wants to win large senior this is the way to do it, take it from a small senior team, and may the best "cleanest" team win. because in the end, clean always beats skill for the most part.

I get it now. In Maryland Twisters routine from 2010 - at the end of their pyramid it says "So let's take it back and show you how we did it. You can't forget it!" Then they dance to Freak Show for a bit like their dance here!

okay anyone who has watched a max 5 cheer performance have you noticed that maryland twisters are alot more coordinated??? max 5 just flips around like it's a free 4 all, but the maryland twister's tumbling actually looks put together. awesome work!! :-)

I love the formation changes- at this level it seems like all of the teams have basically the same degree of difficulty, so to have a routine that is dynamic is what really makes a winning team stand out from the others.

Their style is still the same today as it was years ago... its nice to see the consistency.

consistency is good, but its the reason they dont win, the judges have never and probably will never see something new from this group of girls

they bring a good thing to the floor, but people might start to get sick of it especially the judges

But if a style is the same from the same team, then i don't know if its safe to say one can be "sick" of it... its just they're style. They don't win because of mistakes and the degree of difficulty compared to other teams. Its not like they're preforming the exact same routine year in and year out... similar maybe, but nothing to get tired of. Their energy is always great.

There is not "50" girls, lol, THAT would be amazing!!! But in large they can have as many as 36, all the top teams use that many too. But, they dont use front bases, so thats why they had 9 stunt groups. 4 people in a stunt group x 9 stunt groups = 36 girls. So they used every single member! They were (and still are) amazing! yay F5!

top gun 2005 is also good........they only got 3rd place in worlds 2005......but in present, top gun is already the triple back to back champ!!!! hopefully in 2009 they will also win...hehe

Great routine. How many girls are on this team?!!! There are 9 stunt groups! Cheerleading has changed since I graduated in 98. There weren't teams with 50 girls. Unbelieveable

its probably because its all star . high school teams would be 20 girls for a large squad!

but that would be small for all stars usually you have 30-40 girls

Yeah, I do remember World Cup being HUGE always. I graduated HS in 98, and didn't cheer or coach in the 98-99 season. Then was back in it from 2000-2002. Even then though, my teams were never of that caliber, LOL. I wish! My heart was there for sure :-) Every time I'd watch World Cup, I swear tears would well up...

the most you can have on an allstar team is actually 36. lol so it's definitely not 50. 36 is still a huge team though.
