Technically no one. Hideki Naganuma makes his music using samples; "too black, too strong" comes from Malcolm X's "Message to the Grassroots", and the music you hear starting at 0:11 is sampled from "Snow Village Laine" from Grandia (composed by Noriyuki Iwadare).

Not sure about the "Wrapped in Black" voice, though.
