Yes, he does. In fact , try to imagine him with large spectacles instead of the monacle, and he practically is Eldon Tyrell from Blade Runner.

Nope, it's out of print. But this cult favorite needs to be reissued on DVD as someone should write to Anchor Bay to have an Anniversary special edition DVD with both versions including audio commentary from Roland Emmerich, interview with him, featurette, Trailers, TV Spots and poster-and-still gallery including having it on Blu-Ray. That would rock!
