Azari is about who people which live in West North of Iran and speck Azerbaijani (Azari). These people are very population in Iran, even some population of Iran capital city Tehran are from this part of Iran. But it is not mean that if her family name is Azari, she is from Azarabijan too. But it is possible her father or grand father were from Azerbaijan of Iran. Azari people are very friendly.
