When I use the Line tool I just get a cursor of a hand it doesnt let me do anything and all the tools give the same effect after I clicked on line tool
You may have created a "Shape Layer" instead of just a basic line.
You have to check the Tool Options Panel (Directly under the menu bar) to make sure that you have "Fill Pixels" selected and not "Shape Layer". Other than that I'm not sure...
can you put up and edit a real drawing? cheers
