What cam are you using ?

How is it mounted ?

the cam is a Kodak pocket cam,not a camcorder or anything special.

for the mount i used a piece of metal flashing folded over to get some rigidity but it still wasnt enough. i had a peice of cardboard mad into the right size circle that got hot glued to the metal then on the other side of the metal i drilled a hole to put a bolt in that fit the cameras tripod mount. i put nuts on the bolt to keep it attached to the metal
