Yes, ya gotta believe especially when the wings had to play the pens, the refs + Buttman. Wings didnt lose, Pens were GIVEN the cup. Wings hurt? Move up the series and play B2B. Malkin should sit game 3 per the rules? Wave that. Game winning goal scored for the pens on a clearly offsides play? Dont call it. Icing in game 7 leading to a pens goal? Wave it off. As for our situation with the salary cap, we'll lose Hossa and Malone, but we'll be able to pick up a winger that is more cost effective. We got Sykora for cheap, so I have confidence that we'll make a similar pick up this off season.

You're right...I didn't mean to imply that Ozzy is better than Fleury, dude. But, he has more rings, experience, and confidence. Also, Osgood did have to be great at times in the series v the Pens, no doubt. You have to give Sid, Malkin, Staal, etc., some credit man. It's not like Detroit had an empty net. Ozzy had to be solid. Not to take anything away from Fleury's actual playing by the way!!! It was just really funny when he crashed and I can't help but laugh every time.

They WERE the powerhouse, if you knew anything about your team and a little thing called the "salary cap" you would know about how many FA you have, NO WAY do you keep them all.

Talk to me in April of 09 and see who was right. And if they do make they playoffs, chances are they wont return to win the cup the loser of the cup has won the cup the next year since the 84 Oilers, 25 years ago.

That's true about Fleury. His goal was a freak accident and Osgood got played like a fiddle by someone that walked onto our team last fall.
