The theme is called Blue Neon or soething like that. It is only avaible for 5.00 m33. The blue PS icon comes with the theme. Look at my video of how to install cxmb for 5.00 m33.

You do not need the internet on your psp. The only time you are going to need it is when u want to zoom in to a city.
