  • Just dont look up ... the sky is depressing :)

  • Just a little advice for roundabouts: In England you must give way to your right and anything that is already on the roundabout

  • our country dickhead so before you slag us off think first!!

Canadians are thick as pigshit they drive/ride on the wrong side for a start !!

they have a far poorer safety record roadwise

  • @dreamadream1 I'm English But seriously? Shut the fuck up dude theres no need for saying anything like that... prick!!

  • M13 you moron. You almost had an accident at 2:58 and it would've been your fault.

  • This is in Portsmouth...I live there :D

  • lol did he really ask u if you were gay xD love to see you shag some dude xD

  • you are so stupid, r6 to take a ride and think that you are a good pilot? ass

    hold

  • why is everyone hating on m13, i live in London and I don't find any of what he is saying offensive, its really funny so stop moaning! lol :)

  • close call at 2:58? :P

  • why not look both ways?

  • It's only the wrong side of the road to you mate... There's never been a problem with it here

  • haha u were about 10 miles from my house lol

  • its so weird that i've seen the majority of your videos and one day i stumble across one where you're in my hometown....

this is so fun to watch :)

    hope you enjoyed your stay

  • PARKING on the "wrong" side of the road? The UK has about the safest roads in Europe, the World and quite rightly they concentrate on MOVING vehicles to achieve this.

I do agree regarding vehicle lighting. It is astonishing how many will spend 50,000 on a Mercedes, pride themselves on their defensive driving and will not put their lights on untill they cannot see where they are going.

  • hahha, i go to hogwarts, awesome

  • took me a good few minutes but just realised this is in portsmouth

  • lol even this ones cool it says " portsmouth grammer school " this vid made me laugh for some reason ... love riding on those roads ( old portsmouth and around the commen )

  • its legal to park on both sides of the road in the uk

  • I'm half british and half canadian... I hate britain, drivers are retarded, costs are retarded, weather is retarded, schools are retarded and you know what? I hate living here, I want to move to Canada in the near future to witness the beauty of the country, the awesome weather, the amazing friendly people, the awesome costs and the freakin' awesome country it is xD People in England are so unsocial, in Canada you can make a best friend by walking past someone on the street, it's so happy there!

  • @RaptiirHD and yet it's still boring as fuck.

  • @omblae You live in England, how can you say that living in Canada is boring?

  • @RaptiirHD i've lived in Hong Kong, Stockholm, Vancouver BC and now currently reside in England.

Don't get me wrong, canada is very clean, very friendly and very pleasant - it's also very boring if you're over the age of fifteen.

  • @omblae Woah, you lived in Vancouver and thought it was boring!? You obviously don't ski, snowboard, mountain bike or play hockey... There's no better place in the world for any of those sports >.< let alone the fact you can drive at 16?! I'm 17 and spent a month in vancouver without a second of boredom, there's SO much to do...

  • @RaptiirHD your music scene is crap, your 'dubstep' is a complete joke - culture is just not interesting enough. walking around vancouver is like walking around munich, clean, friendly, boring. action sports stopped interesting me a while ago.

  • @omblae I hate dubstep, can't stand it; nor RnB, Hip Hop and all of that shit. If you find vancouver boring you obviously do the wrong things and hang around with the wrong people..

  • @RaptiirHD no, what you hate is horrific canadian-born hype base midrange wubble that everyone seems to associate with dubstep. if you lump it in with RnB, Hip Hop and 'all of that shit' then you obviously have no clue, therefore no leg to stand on in judgement terms.

i used to MTB, it's great fun but what do you do at night? going out in vancouver always seems to involve shite music, surrounded by wankers and almost always finishes about five hours before it should.

  • Portsmooth, lol

  • Ports mooth?

  • "Parking on the wrong side" There's no such law or anything in some countries, it sure is better to know the side you should park on, but sometimes you have no choice.

  • ADD >;p You know.. like I always say like.. you know... like.. people in taiwan are .. they they... OooOOooo this is beautiful!

  • Re: Parking on the "wrong side" of the road.

There is no such concept in the UK. It is perfectly legal to park in any direction. Besides you would be happy to find a parking space at all these days!

  • @13mordeth HAHA I love it when you embarrass stupid ignorant people that post dumbass insulting comments for no apparent reason. You are the best!!

  • Not gonna' flame you for saying we Brits don't drive that well... Cos' I think it's kinda true XD

Yes all those people who want to now flame me... I am British.

No-one drives perfectly. Specially' not us.

Oh... And at 0:32 , Awesome Bubble Car! :D

  • which camera are you using buddy?!

  • how can u say he doesnt know how to ride, he live in taiwan and he's never been to england, of course its gonna b a lil shaky, this b can drive anythin with two wheels, stop hatin, he's been ridin for a long while, more than me

  • Wow! That's Portsmouth! My home town! Yay!

  • man, your hilarious. "look.. he's sulking" can i have your babies?

  • Portsm00th hahahahahhaa

  • the guy a few comments below sayin not ports mooth its portmouth isnt exactly helping lol ritey its spelt portsmouth but its not said portsmouth or portsmooth its said like the word 'push' portsmuth but obviously not spelt that way:)

  • ha ha 'because i'm an idiot' thats a bit self deprecating :P

  • Funny uk seems boring to me, cause it looks like Denmark unlike Taiwan that i find interesting.

  • first time I came to Canada I drove on the wrong side of the road,,,same thing when I got my first R6 in Canada,Drove on the wrong side of the road hahahahaha silly memory

    Im from Indonesia btw

  • portsmooth, haha, portsMOUTH mordeth :P ha

  • Most drivers in UK and Ireland are bad drivers, I totally agree with "RZK600" I think Ireland is the only country in europe that allows learner drivers on the open road unaccompanied,

more penalty points and fines for not signaling or driving to slowly this is dangerous driving after all, or driving without due care and attention, always look for bikers so called car drivers.

  • nice to see what looks like you giving the biker at 4:09 the nod =)

  • lol i think why the bike had so many problems if it was a rental bike they are basically hooligan bikes and people rent them and do burn outs wheelies skid the back tire which is why your back brake stuck but still they are very nice

  • Did you rent this bike M13, or did you just lash out & buy the sucker....Oh Boy, so the bike is a bit used, hope that it got fixed ASAP? looks like a great place to get round, better than Sydney!

  • its because in Britain people in cars see bikes and turn into fucking idiots.... i am from the uk and people do all sorts of dumb shit when i'm riding round near where i live, pull out in front of u, turn without using indicators, use them in the wrong way on a round about so u dnt know where they're actually going. stop abruptly for no reason right in front of u... most drivers are ok but every time i go out it seems some one does something stupid...

  • The DF's are everywhere, sadly Oz has more than its share, what's worse is the volvo driver or some rich f-ck in a merc who thinks he owns the road...ARSEHOLES! What about when that DF knocked Ewan Mcgregor off in London....& he was walking?!

Ewan is a decent bloke but far too forgiving at times, that put him in a bit of pain & f-cked their plans for a bit.

Its not a case of road-ed...its called open your f-cking eye's you blind bastards/bitches...Jesus!!! Ride to Live, Live to Ride.

  • Funny, I encounter these same kind of idiots here in the states, they must travel alot lol

  • by the way mordeth when a car pulls out infront of you on a roundabout you overtake then and slowdown then flip them off and drive really slowly infront of them, not letting them overtake for as long as possible.

  • look both ways when pulling out onto a road lol

  • old portsmouth thats about 2 mins from my house crazy

  • We have one of the best road safety records in the world here in the UK so not to sure what you mean by many stupid drivers in the UK... Remember also we have a very old country with old, narrow roads and 61 million people on a small island. For those statistics I don#t think we do too bad!

  • @matowgc Well said

  • @matowgc

as a british biker, i have to agree with mordeth, drivers in this country do appear at times, to have some sort of mental disposition

  • define dark.... hahaha

    thats not dark thats daylight

  • is it ok R6 for my first bike? o.o...

  • An r6 has a little too much power for a beginner. i recommend a kawasaki ninja 250r for your first bike.

  • maybe a 125, where do you live and what roads will you be riding on?

  • Malaysia. will be riding on city and highway. =)

  • try a sports-tpurse style bike, i do the same sort of riding that i do sometimes and i'm looking at getting a yzf600 thundercat which is the model just before the yzfr6, it has a bigger fairing which is nice on the highway and the riding position is less sporty but comfortable riding position, so go for something like the hornet or thundercat but you shouldnt really get a sports bike as your first bike

  • trusty rate reminders.

Come and tour Australia next :D

  • mon the hoops

  • I've been watching this UK series and just thinking you've come all the way to England and spent most of your time in shitty-looking places... good to see you think it's all cool. You're easily pleased :P

  • those streets reminds me of when im in st.johns newfoundland

  • There's an unreal amount of stupidity on the roads here. Whether that's a specific UK thing I don't know.

  • when u drive in denmark u have to put ur lights on all the time. its helping to see other cars or bikes.

  • You picked the wrong part of Portsmouth to ride mate, i live across the water in gosport and have riden my bike through there many a time and have the same experiences but you get used to it

  • 0:35 yellow Isetta :P

  • It's not against the law to park on the wrong side in the uk, it's just not recomended. But poor tuition means that drivers havn't learnt and they have no common sense. It's worse now as a lot of people here are using bigger cars. It surprises me how many people are on british roads who don't know the rules of the road though. Especially on motorways.

  • I think the reason most people don't park on the driving side is because it would mean doing a u-turn which is difficult due to our narrow roads in the UK. personally as a biker I'd rather not have people pulling u-turns all over the place. I was put in hospital by a van doing a u-turn in London!

  • was that comment about sven being gay a joke? Because if it wasnt thats fucking hilarious.

  • "portsmooth grammer school, she thats cool! Looks like hogwarts!"

Haha that was funny mate, the way you pronounced it and just the fact you found it interesting! Nice riding tho, hope you had a mega time in the UK.

  • See*

  • if its opposite sides, look the opposite way first lol. right left then right again.

  • Thats the point.

  • oh my, they have pickups in London?

  • Hey Mordeth, would you recommend a R6 as a first bike ? I'm 17 at the moment but I'm planning on getting an R6 when I'm 21-23-ish. It will be my first bike. I really like the looks of it but if I see some people riding the R6... well... the power kinda scares me, but I was wondering if it's a good bike for just...riding around. In other words, is it easy to handle/ride for a beginner?

    Thanks

    Thomas

  • Not sure what Mordeth thinks. But after riding for a while for a first bike I dont think the R6 is the best since it is very tippy. Good for track or someone riding a long time but harder to handle for a new rider. Senn them dropped more than other 600s. I have a Sv650S and love it, the Ninja 650r that Mordeth has is in the same class as well as the Yamaha FZ6. I might recommend one of those bikes to start with. They will be easier to learn on but you wont need to upgrade right away either.

  • Thank you for the quick reply. I was actually kinda looking at a Kawasaki 250R now. It seems to be a very good beginner bike but I'm worried about wasting money because it might get too booring too soon you know? But then again, you can resell them after about a year or 2 for almost the dealer price (notice I said 'almost' :D)

  • Yea my friend picked up one for 2700 at the beginning of the summer and sold it 5 months later for 2600. So basically 100 bucks to rent a bike for the summer. And they are pretty quick in the turns and you 0-60 will still beat a good deal of the cars around.

  • I'd suggest the GSXR 600.

  • R6 for you FIRST bike ? no offence but you would kill your self, in my opinion you should start off on a 125cc or a 250 the move to a 600cc the 1000 if you want but its just my opinion

  • i agree man, i got a 50cc while i was 16, then upgraded to a CBR125 to learn Gears and what not, il upgrade again sometime

  • god iv seen lot's of your video's and i love them .

  • great video :D

  • LOL i love all of your videos dude, ive pretty much seen them all and please please carry on, i found it extremely funny when sven was "angry" =P

it would be brilliant to meet you one day =]

    Mason.

  • Dont forget to film it!

  • Im english an the english drivers are ass holes

  • Well that was a bit strange, just watching a handful of your videos and you ride past my old school!

  • "learn how ride"? Learn how to write first....then I'll learn how TO ride.

  • wait, im confused. is sven gay or not? lol, i cant tell if you are being sarcastic or not, did he really bring you to england? i thought you moved to england?

  • If you really are confused then listen to the wisdomwords of Subocito: Sven is not really gay. Sven told Mordeth to come, he did not move.

  • @13mordeth haha learn how type!

  • Rapala's favorites on youtube are porn....and lan parties. Loser much?

  • Such a shame you cant "thumbs up" the video poster's comments

  • @rapala7777 FUCK OFF RACIST PIECE OF SHIT

  • Nice vid - 5 stars. But I would say that its no wonder people in England park on both sides...We are Europe's most over-crowded country!!!

  • The neighborhoods there are so beautiful, I love the architecture.

  • Dude you should have known Sven was gay brighton is the gay capitol of euorpe!!!

  • It is dark and rains all the time in UK, that's why people don't bother with lights constantly.

and it's not illegal to park on the other side of the road here either

and you should ride through the countryside more and not in the towns as much! lol

  • So many Renault in the UK...

  • Thats crazy about the rear brake problem.

  • oops you cut that car up a bit at 3:01 :s

  • rule is [turning right]:

    look left (clear)

    look right(clear)

    [then one last safely check]

look left again (if clear the pull away)

    [turning left]

look right (if clear pull away)

  • To turn right you look right first because its the first danger then left then just before u go you check right one last time. (England)

  • 'because its the first danger' lol regardless

for a turn rightyou'd look left to see if you are you cross the road to that side ~ no ones gunna hit in the back of you, then see if its safe to cross to that side and before you do so check to your left once more encase,

  • Why did that make you laugh? Btw i cant understand a word of what you wrote.

To turn right onto a T junction (england) you look right first because thats the first thing thats going to hit you if to turn without looking... If the first lane isnt clear then whats the point in looking left?

  • tbh, it doesn't matter what way you look first ,, so long as yu know theres a safe an clear gap for you to pull onto the road

  • lol thats where they filmed harry potter...this bike wheelies really well-

your bday series is right on you definitely have some kind of ADD-

  • Lol cobbled road! Mint video as usual.

  • I like this one. Makes me want to move to a foreign country more and more. Good videos as usual M : )

  • dude, your videos are awesome

  • Darn M13,if i knew you were commin ida baked a cake (and been at portsmouth to meet yah with it in my hand) ;)

Nxt time yah over here, check out the Isle of Wight ;)

  • Hey um on 3 mins did you state ur wifes name??

  • FINALLY! A WIDESCREEN VIDEO! hahaha. Thanks mordeth! Keep 'em comin'!

  • You've a few things right. You're an idiot. You demonstrate that at 3:00 when you pull out in front of the white peugeot that's clearly indicating. Try shutting up and concentrating on riding.

  • he oulled out in front of a peugot. woopy doo how many cars pull out in front of bikes!!!!!!!!!! and bear in mind hes used to driving in taiwan he said earlier he has trouble knwoing where to look

  • and it looked like he cleared it perfectly too. i always pull out if theres time and space to do so. oh and its a taxi! so he'll survive!

  • RE: Not having our lights on when it rains..

That's because it rains ALL THE TIME! :P

  • So you should have them on all the time. When I'm riding a bike....with a wet visor....and looking in my wet mirror to see if there's a gray car beside me on the gray road under a gray sky....it'd be nice if he had his lights on.

  • True enough! I suppose most people just aren't very diligent and don't see the need when they're passing from rain cloud into clear sky, ad. infinitum.

Brits also have this really bizarre form of...hmm, how do I put it? We're scared to do anything in case we stand out from the crowd too much. The image of a Hugh Grant-type bumbling Englishman is very much embedded into our national psyche, I think.

Anyway, enough of my rambling. Enjoying the series. Keep vlogging!

  • you should have worked the brake a bunch....

    it probably would have unstuck

  • I was always taught to look BOTH ways.

  • lol sven's sulking =D

  • That was 100% accurate about the traffic and use of headlights in Britain.

    :-)

  • oh shit widescreen

  • Wait Wait... your not gay? ohhh...

  • Has Sven still not told you how to pronounce Portsmouth yet?

  • I only told him how to pronounce Brighton 12 times and he still gets it wrong...He's only an English teacher, let him be.

  • R6 is nice but I'll never give up my GSXR 750.

  • GIXXER POWAH

  • If your referring to the bikes in that vid there not Gixxer's.

Or are you referring to a bike you have?

  • R6 is a nice bike though i's prefer a R1!

  • are you barrowing the bike from sven's friend or where did you get it from.

  • how are you liking the r6? i was thinking about getting one, that or a 636

  • hows the kid doin mordeth?

  • I think it's still alive.....not sure....my wife is at her parent's home. Haven't talked to her in a bit.

  • wow..nice response hehe! love your vids man! just got me a 09 ninja 250r something small but its f'in fun! Love your Vids! though!

  • You could have at least have given Sven a Mr. Handy.

  • Mr.Handy? Hell...I gave him the oral pleasure....but he still wasn't satisfied without visiting my chocolate love cave....he's selfish.

  • you gave him head..?

  • lol problem with driven in england is so meny damn bumpy roads... Kinda narrow some too.. I love to ride in the country side Feels great. Feels free!

  • Yay! that blurring was really getting on my nerves.

  • That was a Super Excellent vid!! Driving on the right or left side can sneak up on a person sometimes.

  • Ive been watching you since your third video, got kicked from YouTube, did your live channel, and now back here....

    Loving the journey...

  • why did he get kicked from youtube?

  • I bad mouthed a company that screwed me over...and they threatened to sue youtube. So youtube just erased my channel without looking into it.

  • damn that sux dix

  • Poor Sven not getting any Mordeth love.

  • omg im surprised you survived that roundabout there, remember to give away to the right :S

  • nice! wide screen :) and you should of done more wheelies in the vids :D

  • nice vid, btw a tip: you should put the rate reminder text at around the end of the vid, you probally get more (positive) results from doin that then this way. now its kinda like your fans will rate 5 stars but others will be like... uhhh? and then probally dont or low maybe(imho)

  • Have you seen the price of replacement car batteries in England? That's why we conserve them!

  • I used to deliver newspapers to Harry Potters house when i was 16....

  • cool, widescreen, hq, and no blurring...!

  • Widescreen and HQ? Great!!!

  • Good Video Good Video!

  • I park my car as you say "on the wrong side" because I don't want anyone to knock my driver side mirror off, with using the motorways allot this would be bad to lose it. England is to old the change it to be more car friendly so we've adapted and we drive and park the way we like.

  • All countries arent the same you know! Get over it and start enjoying life instead of ranting about others. With these European videos Im starting to lose my rag because you do nothing but complain about everything and its getting boring now.

  • I was just amazed at how many driving habits you share with 3rd world countries. No offense intended.....heh.
