I am the exact opposite of you when it comes to eating oysters. I used to eat them with my father when I was little, now I don't like them! However with this dish I am willing to reconsider. Looks so yummy!
Hello, greetings from Amsterdam. I love the food you prepare and I enjoy watching the video's. Thank you for sharing this all with us.
I have a question for you, can you please tell me where you got the frying pan you are using? also the edge with the thermometer is very interesting and I would love to buy the same. Thank you.
@yenovk thanks for asking. if you go to a big japanese grocery store like Mitsuwa in the U.S. the pan is available. but if you don't live close to the store, you can always find at amazon. it might be bit expensive though...
@ochikeron Many thanks for your reply. I am living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands but going to LA next week on vacation so I will go and check the stores there. Can you please tell me which brand it is? So I can look for it on amazon as well. Thank you very much. Kind regards, Yenovk
I had this when I was in Japan few years ago and I miss it. I remember they used a brown dipping sauce instead of tarter though, do you think it could be tonkatsu sauce that they served in Japan?
Oh how I love months that end in the letter "r". I'll shuck them suckers right out the shell. I'd better get crackin on this recipe soon if I'm gonna do it, cuz oyster season is almost over.
That tartar sauce looks divine. Around here most people just use mayo & relish.
それにしてもOchiさん、色んな色がもの凄くお似合いですよね!!いつもキュートなお洋服とアクセサリーですごく素敵だと思います!!!P.S. You know what i love about your videos is obviously the food recipe you share with us all, but I also think you are very charismatic the way you speak (voice over).. it is very inspiring so thank you for sharing with your excellent communication skills too! 私も頑張るぅ。。LOL
Oooh! It's looks so good! I wish I could try this recipe someday but Oysters in France are pretty expensive (especially when you're yourself a student ^^') and they don't sell it without shells.
Oh wow i am a Seafood fan and i love what i see,its time for the Food Channel in the States to put you on Television, your channel Rocks, thanks for sharing
It remind me when I was in Korea. In here Florida, really hard to fine stuff like fresh little fish or oyster or whatever you name it. I really missed Winter time I;m in Korea or Japan.
This is very good, I think I will make tartar sauce for cooked shrimp, instead of regular shrimp cocktail sauce, which is so boring! I hope it goes well! I am using several of your recipes for my holiday party, so thank you very much for posting! my family loves the food! :-)
Ahhh the dish looks so good :<. I've only been eating meat (beef and pork...), and recently i really want to change it up. I just hope that my mom would look at this and try making it. Else i shall make it... but there is no guarantee that whatever I make will come out edible LOLOLOLOL. But i definitely will try making this @_@ The dish looks really good, and i'm craving for seafood XP

Your tartar sauce sounds very fancy. The American recipe is mix equal parts pickle relish and mayonnaise, serve. Mmm.
