  • nice song :) how is it called ?

  • I am the exact opposite of you when it comes to eating oysters. I used to eat them with my father when I was little, now I don't like them! However with this dish I am willing to reconsider. Looks so yummy!

  • thank you for sharing this especially about the oil as I asked about it in your previous video. Much appreciated! :)

  • @xCalloxx you are welcome :)

  • Hello, greetings from Amsterdam. I love the food you prepare and I enjoy watching the video's. Thank you for sharing this all with us.

I have a question for you, can you please tell me where you got the frying pan you are using? also the edge with the thermometer is very interesting and I would love to buy the same. Thank you.

  • @yenovk thanks for asking. if you go to a big japanese grocery store like Mitsuwa in the U.S. the pan is available. but if you don't live close to the store, you can always find at amazon. it might be bit expensive though...

  • @ochikeron Many thanks for your reply. I am living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands but going to LA next week on vacation so I will go and check the stores there. Can you please tell me which brand it is? So I can look for it on amazon as well. Thank you very much. Kind regards, Yenovk

  • @yenovk i found it at rakuten! i hope they ship overseas :) global.rakuten.com/en/store/all-zakka/item/nc_003/

  • @yenovk of course you can search it on the net and find the best place you can buy ;)

  • I don't like oysters, but this looks good :)

  • im starving....!!!!!!!!!!

  • I had this when I was in Japan few years ago and I miss it. I remember they used a brown dipping sauce instead of tarter though, do you think it could be tonkatsu sauce that they served in Japan?

Love your video, thanks! - Yen

  • Great presentation and dish looks absolutely delicious. Thank you for posting!

  • With type of frying pan top do you use

  • i like eating this

  • I using same frying pans(o^-^).

  • Oh how I love months that end in the letter "r". I'll shuck them suckers right out the shell. I'd better get crackin on this recipe soon if I'm gonna do it, cuz oyster season is almost over.

That tartar sauce looks divine. Around here most people just use mayo & relish.
