This game is alright. There are a lot of things wrong for example i hate how the croshair moves on its own first before it turns the vs, they shouldve made it direct when inside a vs. Wouldve made it a whole lot more better. And i hate the fact that the pause menu doesnt have a settings option bugs the hell out of me. Continously having to listen to that stupid music makes my ear bleed. and why o why DOES IT MAKE YOU JUMp after the graplething freaking annoying

@angryguy306 the online experience on the ps3 sucks is what i meant to say. its just not as smooth as xbox live, but hey its free so I really cant complain. and i have small hands and the xbox 360 controller is still just the right size and extremely comfortable. did you mean the very first xbox controller? cuz that thing dwarfs the 360 controller. the only thing that sucks on the 360 controller is the dpad, but they fixed that with the updated controller.

I constantly come back to this game. The dialogue and story are mediocre at best. Still, the creature design, graphics, and variation in mechs/mech weapons is fucking awesome. A top notch shooter hampered by a lame story.

I found it to be rather difficult to use in the beginning, but I quickly got used to it, and I actually prefer it because you can aim at extreme angles, which helps a lot.

lol even if the 360 version looks better, both are the same fun, i have both version (yes i,m stupid to have bought both, but i needed to know the difrence) and the difrences aren't that big, but you will notice that the 360 version looks alot better, but that because the ps3 looks difrent and feels difrent you will play the game difrently, i liked both version, but i still play ps3 version, cause it's just alot of fun and it seems to play faster XD

on ps3 yes... on xbox its awesome... i dont know why but the adapdation for ps3 is lame. I had more fun with this one than gears of war on xbox 360.... the explosions the massive bosses the non stop action happening while you are fighting against 100+ aliens.. awesome.

no theres no trophies for it online..overall gameplay is pretty fun..i mean getting to ride robots and kill other ppl is fun..but sometimes it just gets really hard and non understandable..and you just don't know what to do next..and get lost for like an hour...i mean i got lost on fighting a boss not knowing what to do..and killing it for an hour and running around shooting lots and lots of monsters not knowing where to go..so its kind of worth it..and online is pretty hard...and thats about it

i dont agree with his complaint about the grappling hook. the grappling hook may take a bit to get used to but once you do its amazing. i consider the not being able to jump and use the G-hook at the same time a bigger issue.
