ok first of all rock your a dumbass because you said the same thing but spelt it wrong your thinking ok shunpo and sonindo, shunpo is what soi fon and yoruichi use and only they use it sonindo is what the arrancars use which is similar to shunpo and flash step is what all the other shinigamis use
