Don't use a corner filter. Sponge filter works great they don't kill fry either. Sorry to hear about your lost, I would be dissapointed too. No I live in America.
well, your suppose to jar fry once they start showing aggression. My reds I started jarring about 4.5 weeks old. My steels they are around 6-7 weeks old and I'm starting to jar some right now.
super red x super white you might get marble red. blue marble hmpk x turq ct you might get a variety of blue pk and hmpk, if you spawn sibling together later you will get ctpk.
I haven't measured. They look like they are almost 2 inches. That's from head to end of tail. One of my biggest ones is full grown as big as my gold hmpk but his anal fin is way long looks kinda funky.
are these guys breed like other bettas ? i heard some bettas are hard to breed , or maybe those are halfmoon ??? :-?

no they mate like crazy but it takes time to raise the fry and some people soon give up cause sometimes it takes forever
