Dude, I was almost in tears. This was MY ride home, 1969-73, long before that cut through the meadow. There was just US in the west campus back then. Even the buses didn't go there.

I just went there today for a College Tour. :). we went up that hill WALKING!!! lol tiring. Actually a really nice UC.

Oh man, that takes me back...it was my own ride home 2-3 days a week from my job at McHenry from '86-'90. Thanks for the memories--I enjoyed it!
