Try like I said! You'll see no different, cuz when the tires lost adherence, it doesn't matter how fast they spin, it still doesn't have the track to the ground! So pushing Accelerator to the floor doesn't change anything!

That is how you do a burnout, even though this car is probably pre-rev limiter technology, he is holding the car at the right RPM. I gget so sick of theese guys/gals in newer cobras, supras, mr2's, 350z's etc bouncing off their D*** rev limiters in burnouts. The rev limiter was invented so idiots that don't know anything about car, don't blow their rides sky high as quickly.

That car is in it's 70's hot-rodded state currently with non-original engine. Numbers matching SCJ is in the works and will get there after restoration. Currently the owner is working on the restoration of a fairlane GT, so the torino will be driven like stolen until it's time for it to be done. BTW, if you're not ignorant dumbass, but know your stuff, it's very appropriate drive them like a maniac.

who cares man! that V-8 429 could keep up with them there 454's! same with them 427's. even the 289 could keep up with the 350! fords are second in my book. either dodge or pontiac is first.even today the ford PowerStroke will whoop a chevy DuraMax. PowerStroke diesel, V-10, DuraMax diesel, V-8. think about it!
